In 1958 Asunción, Narciso returns from Buenos Aires with a suitcase full of rock and roll records, challenging the Stroessner dictatorship's propaganda. As he introduces the sounds of Chuck Berry and Buddy Holly, he becomes an involuntary revolutionary in a landscape of forced "decency."
