Synopsis
A metanarrative diptych by Shô Miyake, adapting the literary manga of Yoshiharu Tsuge. The film juxtaposes a fictional summer born from a screenwriter's imagination with a real, desolate winter. It’s an ironical and deeply human observation of the storytelling process, echoing the structural sensibilities of Hamaguchi and Hong Sang-soo.
