Synopsis

A poignant drama centered on an immigrant mother in Vancouver struggling with her son’s disruptive pathology. Through the lens of her daughter Sasha—a silent witness—the film evolves into a timeless journey about the failure to mend a broken soul. With a stiflingly beautiful mise-en-scène and a standout ensemble, the narrative concludes with a haunting sequence that offers more questions than answers.
